Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase, provided recording has not yet begun. Once Hsi-Yin started the energy assessment or recording, the order is non-refundable — this is a bespoke creation made exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned. If Hsi-Yin is unable to complete your song, a full refund will be issued. Delivery within 4–6weeks of booking.
